My mission is to bring mental fitness to as many people as possible, helping build resilience, confidence, and well-being in everyday life. As a presenter and bestselling author, I’m passionate about making mental fitness accessible to all.
I co-founded Mettle, a mental fitness app for men, and host The Stompcast podcast. Previously an NHS A&E doctor, I now focus on ensuring everyone has the tools to live a full and meaningful life.
