I am the UK Youth Mental Health Ambassador, a presenter and three-time Sunday Times Bestselling author. I have recently co-founded Mettle, a mental fitness app designed specifically for men, and I am the host of the Stompcast podcast.

Having worked for the NHS as an A&E doctor, I provided the nation accessible advice throughout the pandemic, and have since moved into the public health space to focus my efforts on mental fitness. My mission is to equip everyone with the tools needed to live a full, productive and meaningful life.
